All sprockets are CNC machined from solid billet aluminum or magnesium round bars.  Magnesium bars are ultrasound tested for imperfections prior to machining.  8mm GT, 14mm GT and 14mm HTD aluminum sprockets are hard anodize coated for increased wear resistance.  Our magnesium sprockets are "DOW 7" coated to resist corrosion.  All blower drive sprockets come with standard 2.00" bore, 6-3/8" holes evenly spaced on a 2.782" diameter circle and .500" drive flange thickness.
